Se recomienda la lectura del Informe sobre medicina alternativa publicado por la Consultoría BIOMENDI, en la Ciudad de La Habana, 1999. Contiene información sobre definiciones de la Homeopatía, evidencias científicas, situación mundial, mercado homeopático y en anexos presenta la relación de instituciones y sus direcciones por países y las posibles personas a contactar, las organizaciones homeopáticas , centros de enseñanza y relación de títulos y varios datos de algunas revistas donde se han publicado artículos sobre Homeopatía.

En esta publicación se hace un estudio sobre los trabajos publicados en más de 230 revistas, en la década de 1988-1997. Se encuentran más de 600 trabajos sobre el uso terapéutico de la Homeopatía, más de 900 investigadores, 107 estudios clínicos realizados por investigadores alemanes. También se hace referencia a estudios (meta-análisis) y se plantea la situación mundial de la homeopatía por países.
