La prótesis inmediata continúa teniendo ventajas, estéticas,
fonéticas, biológicas y quirúrgicas y
muy pocas desventajas secundarias. Solo los
estomatólogos saben cuándo, hasta dónde y cómo deben recortar el yeso, porque ellos
son los que han investigado y determinado la condición ósea, el grado de
reabsorción de la cresta y hueso maxilar, así como la profundidad de la bolsa
gingival.

The immediate denture continues having esthetic, phonetic, biological and surgical advantages, and very few secondary disadvantages. Only the stomatologists know when, where and how to cut the plaster, because they have researched and determined the bony condition, degree of reabsorption of the maxillary bone and crest, as well as the depth of the gingival pocket.
