Se exponen, en orden cronológico desde 1958 hasta 1984, contenidos de discursos, entrevistas y criterios expuestos por el Dr. Fidel Castro Ruz, relacionados con la lucha mantenida contra el tráfico de drogas, el fenómeno del creciente narcotráfico internacional y válidos argumentos en respuesta a las repetidas e injustas acusaciones de otros gobiernos sobre la posición de Cuba al respecto. También se tratan aspectos inherentes a la importante función coordinada que realizan organismos y organizaciones a través de la Comisión Nacional de Drogas.

Contents of speeches, interviews and approaches of Dr. Fidel Castro Ruz, related to the fight maintained against drug traffic, the phenomenon of the growing international drug traffic, and valid arguments in response to the repeated and unjust accusations of other governments on the Cuban position in this respect are exposed in chronological order from 1958 to 1984. Aspects on the important coordinated role that organisms and organizations play through the National Commission of Drugs are also dealt with.
